About Us

C.A.M. Academy is committed to educating individuals who wish to serve on the Boards of the communities where they live and/or own property.  Founded by Julie Trimpe-Steed, a certified instructor of the pre-licensing course for Community Association Managers and also, an "experienced Community Association Manager and Company Owner".  C.A.M. Academy has proven educational techniques in teaching individuals the essentials for community management.

All of our instructors have hands on experience in the many aspects of community management and operation.  Our instructors go through a rigorous screening process before joining our team.

Our seminars are offered throughout the year in various locations around the State.  We offer half day seminars that will give you training in the real life operation of community management.  Our topics relate to the various segments of managing community associations.   (Classes are listed on our SERVICES page.)  For those Associations that want a private training session, we will come to your location.  That way you can enjoy the comforts of familiar surroundings.

C.A.M. Academy focuses on the day-to-day topics, issues and concerns that Board members deal with every day.  You walk away realizing you are not alone and there are solutions to the problems you and your community will face.
